To ensure the safety and integrity of our platform, all new customers must verify their email address after account creation or first purchase. Services will only be provisioned once this verification is complete.
We strive for rapid deployment of services, so you can get started as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times after successful payment and email verification are as follows:
Service Type - Estimated Delivery Time
Shared Hosting - Instant (within 1β2 minutes)
Business Hosting - Instant (within 1β2 minutes)
Reseller Hosting - Up to 30 minutes
Unmanaged VPS Hosting - Within 2β5 minutes
Managed VPS Hosting - 2 to 6 hours (depending on configuration)

All services are delivered digitally. Once your hosting service is active, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
Login credentials
Service access URL
Control panel details (e.g., cPanel, WHM)
DNS setup information (if required)
You can also view all active services and related details in your HostBrother Client Area.
No service will be provisioned until payment is successfully processed and verified. Orders marked as pending or flagged for review will remain on hold until the issue is resolved.
