Our dedicated abuse team thoroughly reviews and investigates the claim.

3. Action & Resolution

Appropriate action is taken based on our findings, and we aim to notify you where possible.

How to Report Abuse

If you encounter any activity originating from our network that you believe violates this policy, please notify our dedicated abuse team immediately.

Report Abuse Via Email:

[email protected]

To expedite our investigation, please include:

  • The offending domain name or IP address.
  • A detailed description of the abusive activity.
  • Date(s) and time(s) of the incident (including timezone).
  • Any relevant evidence: logs, screenshots, email headers (for spam).

The more comprehensive your report, the faster and more effectively we can address the issue. Anonymous reports lacking sufficient detail may be difficult to investigate.

Based on our findings and the severity of the violation, we will take appropriate action. This can range from issuing a warning to the offending party, to content removal, service suspension, or permanent account termination in line with our policies.

Confidentiality & Notification

We handle all reports with strict discretion. While we aim to notify you of the general outcome, please understand that due to customer privacy obligations and legal constraints, we may be limited in the specific details we can share about actions taken against another customer's account.

Response Time: We strive to address all reports within 24-48 business hours, though complex cases or high volumes may require additional time. Critical issues like child exploitation or active network attacks are always prioritized and handled with utmost urgency.
