Licenses and add-ons purchased separately (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, etc.) are non-refundable.
Domain registrations, renewals, and SSL certificates are also non-refundable, in line with registrar and certificate authority policies.
Billing Cycle - Refund Period
Monthly / Quarterly - 7 Days
Semi-Annually / Annually - 45 Days
You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request falls within the applicable refund window.
To request a refund:
Log in to your client area.
Open a support ticket with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your service name and reason for the request.
Our support team will process valid refund requests within 3โ7 business days.
Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases of eligible services. Renewals or second-time purchases of the same service are not covered.
If a service is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused period.
No cancellation or processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
